    Updated the SSL certs.  This was a stright 'renew' with all of the same
    paramters, so if you have a client throwing errors, it's insane and you
    should tell it the same thing you did last time.

    I have not yet received positive confirmation that it is related, but it
    appeares that as part of a change that was for "Edge Router software upgrade", 
    the netmask I need on my local connection was forced to change from matching
    my (smaller than /24) network size to now be /24.  Still awaiting final
    reports from LayeredTech.  Downtime: 6.5 hrs
